We are looking for an IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment and recruitment operations. The candidate should be valuable at sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, notice period, and salary.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain interview schedules.
- Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.
- Maintain candidate trackers, databases, and recruitment reports.
- Manage recruitment operations such as profile submissions, interview status, offer follow-ups, and

joining coordination.




- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Handle multiple requirements and ensure timely closure.

Required Skills
- 1-2+ years of IT Recruitment experience.
- Experience in Recruitment Operations / IT Staffing.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri/Resdex and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
