- The Recruiter will be responsible from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for finding the right talent

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cutting-edge sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through various platforms (eg job boards, social media, professional networks)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for various positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and roles specifications
- Conduct initial resume reviews and screening interviews to assess candidates skills, experience,



and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant team members
- Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, in alignment with company criteria and budget
- Manage rejection communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in internal database, hiring metrics, and reports
- Regularly analyze and report on recruitment metrics and trends to inform future recruitment strategies
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand the requirements assigned
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
