As an IT Recruitment Specialist at EnFuse Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing,screening,

Youwill leverage your expertise in the IT industry to identify top talent, build strong candidatepipelines, and facilitate seamless recruitment processes

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and developrecruitment strategies

Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, socialmedia, and networking events

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications

Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate candidate feedback sessions
