Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring for the manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals while understanding the technical requirements of these industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Hire IT professionals for manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace organizations.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment reports,



and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Recruitment experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, or Aerospace industries is mandatory.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Knowledge of technical hiring and IT job requirements.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Candidate A recruiter who understands the hiring needs of manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace organisations and can independently manage IT requirements from sourcing to closure.
