HiPos Consulting is looking for an IT Recruiter with strong technical sourcing and end-to-end recruitment experience to support technology hiring mandates across BFSI, FinTech, NBFC, GCCs and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to offer and joining.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and direct search.

- Understand technical JDs and evaluate candidate skills, experience and role fitment.

- Handle hiring across Java, Python, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering and related technologies.

- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations and joining.

- Deliver quality profiles within defined TAT and maintain recruitment trackers.

Requirements:

- Strong Boolean search,



technical sourcing and candidate screening skills.

- Experience managing multiple mandates and recruitment closures.

- Valuable communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

- BFSI, FinTech or GCC hiring exposure will be an advantage.
