Role Description The IT Operations Project Coordinator at EAX Media will manage and track day-to-day IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. This full time, on-site role in Thane involves coordinating between IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and monitoring progress against timelines and budgets.

The individual will assist in planning and prioritizing IT initiatives, identify operational risks, and escalate issues when necessary.

Responsibilities include organizing project meetings, preparing status reports, supporting implementation of IT systems and tools,



and helping standardize processes for IT operations. The role requires a detail-oriented approach, strong follow-through, and the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination and project management skills, with experience handling multiple initiatives and timelines.
- Working knowledge of information technology operations, systems, and tools relevant to a marketing and analytics-focused environment.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, track project metrics, and support decision-making for IT initiatives.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting requirements, and presenting project updates.
