We are looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and support the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, virtualization, and security systems. The candidate will ensure system reliability, optimal performance, and smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure systems.

- Manage Windows and Linux servers, including updates, patches, and performance monitoring.

- Maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

- Manage cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Configure and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.

- Monitor system performance, availability, and infrastructure capacity.

- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.

- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, user accounts, and access permissions.

- Identify and resolve hardware, software, server, and network issues.

- Implement security policies, system hardening, and access controls.

- Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation,



and infrastructure reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve infrastructure-related issues.

- Ensure high availability, data integrity, and compliance with IT policies.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of IT infrastructure and system administration.

- Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.

- Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.

- Experience with server hardware, storage systems, and virtualization.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.

- Knowledge of backup solutions, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity fundamentals.

- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

- Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or Python is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
