- 15-20 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, network security, server administration, and IT operations, including substantial team management experience.
- Solid hands-on expertise in enterprise firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, and network segmentation.
- Experience administering Windows, Ubuntu/Linux, and macOS environments.
- Experience with endpoint security, EDR, device management, and patch management.
- Strong knowledge of physical servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with identity and access management, directory services, MFA, and privileged access controls.
- Proven ability to manage critical incidents, infrastructure projects, vendors, and IT budgets.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
