- Lead the overall IT strategy, digital transformation, and technology roadmap aligned with Krisala’s business growth.
- Drive application management across Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, CRM, Engineering, Finance, HR, and Customer Experience.
- Translate real estate business challenges into technology solutions, defining application architecture, workflows, integrations, and automation requirements.
- Oversee ERP/CRM platforms, business applications, vendor management, implementation, and system performance without necessarily developing applications.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, connectivity, servers, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
- Drive AI adoption across real estate operations, identifying practical use cases in sales,



lead management, construction, customer service, and business intelligence.
- Bring innovative, industry-specific technology ideas that improve productivity, reduce costs, strengthen governance, and accelerate business outcomes.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of real estate operations, project lifecycles, channel partner ecosystems, construction processes, and customer journeys.
- Build a scalable, secure, and integrated technology ecosystem that supports Krisala’s expansion and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead IT teams and technology partners with a solid focus on business outcomes, solution design, execution excellence, and measurable ROI.
