Job Responsibilities

- Networking: Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, internet connectivity, and troubleshoot network issues.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and business software.
- Basic understanding of data backup and cybersecurity.
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and recent technologies.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled candidate who can independently handle day-to-day IT operations and support the company's software, networking, and digital technology requirements.

- Hardware Support: Install and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Software Support: Provide basic support for Tally, MS Office, ERP, and other business software.
- Export Documentation:



Support export documentation software and resolve day-to-day software-related issues.
- Data Management: Maintain data backups, user access, antivirus protection, and basic cybersecurity.
- AI & Technology: Stay updated with the latest AI tools, automation, and technologies to improve work efficiency.
- IT Support: Resolve employees' IT issues, maintain IT asset records, and coordinate with software vendors.
