: IT Executive (Hardware Support Engineer)

Job Title: IT Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware of all the 6 Outlets.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues, including RAM, hard disks, SSDs, motherboards, and power supplies.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, and essential software.
- Perform hardware upgrades, system formatting, and OS installation.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network-related issues.
- Provide technical support to users for hardware and software problems.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, hardware records, and equipment allocation.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims,



and equipment replacements.
- Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with IT policies.
- Maintain records of IT issues, service requests, and resolutions.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation and configuration.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.

3rs/Km in 2wheeler 6rs/km in 4wheeler during outlet visit.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
