Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues related to IT infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot LAN, network, printer, and CCTV systems to resolve connectivity issues.

- Install and configure current software applications on company devices.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, updating, and monitoring system performance.

- Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in IT Hardware & Networking field.

- Strong knowledge of LAN troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, software installation, software troubleshooting, printers configuration.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
