Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage IT assets, including tracking asset inventory and updating asset records.

Install and configure operating systems such as Windows on desktops and laptops.

Install, configure, and update required software applications for end users.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot network and local printers.

Configure and support email accounts in Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365.

Provide in-person technical support to resolve day-to-day IT issues for employees.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

Assist users with system access, password resets, and account configurations.

Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi connectivity).

Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for hardware repairs and replacements.

Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.

Ensure systems are updated with latest security patches and antivirus updates.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.84 per month
