Roles and Responsibilities

· Escalating IT issues to the IT manager where necessary

· Installation and troubleshooting of Client Operating Systems like 7,8,10 and MAC.

· Windows Server Administration (Windows 2003, 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2).

· Windows Roles: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies.

· Valuable knowledge and understanding of the Servers and Workstations infrastructure.

· Configuring and Installing of Network Printer, Scanning System, Antivirus, Network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP)

· Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

· Troubleshooting operating system Problem and repair it.

· Fault finding to laptops and desktops

· Assemble & Disassemble the PCs, HDD Partition and Formatting, Software.

· Troubleshooting of Network Problems & Desktop Problems.

· Printer Networking & Sharing.

· Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers,



desktops and laptops

· Maintaining Inventory logs of all IT related devices

Desired Candidate Profile

· Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, (Cisco Certified Network professional (CCNP) preferred).

· Experience minimum 2 to 5 years

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
