IT Engineer/Desktop Support Engineer

Experience: Typically 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering

- Network Administration: Set up and manage local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), virtual private networks (VPNs), routers, switches, and firewalls.
- System Security: Install and update security systems, enforce cyber-threat detection, manage access controls, and run routine system backups.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system (Windows, Linux, macOS), and network connectivity issues.
- Automation & Scripting: Write scripts (using Python, PowerShell, or Bash) to automate routine maintenance, user onboarding, and system monitoring.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain technical documentation, log incidents, and train staff on proper hardware and software usage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
