Eureka Learnings is hiring an IT Certification Specialist for its Sales & Customer Support department. The role involves managing customer enquiries, contacting prospective customers, understanding their IT certification requirements, recommending suitable certification exam vouchers, explaining pricing and offers, negotiating with customers, and converting leads into sales. The candidate will also handle follow-ups, assist with payment-related queries, coordinate voucher processing and delivery, maintain customer records, and prepare sales reports.

Required Skills: Excellent communication, customer handling, negotiation, persuasion, lead management, and organisational skills. Basic knowledge of IT certifications such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and cybersecurity certifications is an advantage. Familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools is preferred.

Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates with an interest or background in sales, telesales, lead generation, customer support, or IT certification sales can apply.
