- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of hardware and software assets using specialized tools.
- Collaborate with vendors to coordinate asset delivery, installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Develop processes for managing vendor contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide technical support for asset management operations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of IT assets in asset management systems.
- Conduct periodic asset audits and store asset verification.
- Support retail projects such as store openings, upgrades, and device rollouts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Asset Management or related field.
- Solid understanding of Life Cycle Management (LCM) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Vendor Coordination.
