Summary

As an IT Asset Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, maintenance, and reporting. The role requires advanced proficiency in Hardware Asset Management, along with the ability to optimize asset utilization and improve asset management processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the complete lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets.
- Track software licenses, agreements, and digital tools to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of physical IT assets, including tagging, tracking, maintenance, and reporting.
- Conduct regular asset audits, controls, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve asset lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance asset tracking and management processes.




- Analyze asset data to identify trends, optimize resource utilization, and recommend improvements.
- Provide training and support to team members on asset management best practices.
- Participate in problem-solving discussions and support continuous process improvement.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management and asset tracking processes.
- Understanding of software asset management, license tracking, and compliance.
- Experience in asset audits, reconciliation, inventory control, and reporting.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support process improvements.

Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
