Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance to prevent slowdowns and crashes. Investigate and diagnose network problems,



collecting IT usage stats and making recommendations for improving the companys IT systems. Security: Oversee the security of IT systems and user accounts. Implement and maintain security policies, manage firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.

Data Management: Ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed according to legal and company guidelines, providing support in the case of data loss or breach incidents.

User Support: Act as a liaison between users helping resolve any issues that arise with computer systems, hardware, or software.

System Updates: Plan and execute software and hardware upgrades, ensuring that systems stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and security standards.

Documentation: Maintain internal documentation through company databases, logs, or other records, and provide detailed reports regarding the IT department s operations.
