- As an Islamic Affairs Expert, you will serve as a key advisor on matters related to Islamic teachings, traditions, and practices

- You will contribute to the understanding and implementation of Islamic principles within the organization and may engage with external stakeholders on matters related to Islamic affairs

Responsibilities

- Islamic Guidance:Provide expert guidance on Islamic principles, ethics, and practices to internal teams and stakeholders

- Assist in the development and implementation of policies aligned with Islamic values

- Education and Training:Conduct training sessions and workshops on Islamic teachings and ethics for employees and relevant stakeholders

- Develop educational materials to enhance understanding of Islamic values within the organization

- Interfaith Dialogue:Engage in interfaith dialogue and represent the organization in discussions related to Islamic affairs





- Foster understanding and collaboration among individuals of different faiths

- Counseling and Support:Provide counseling and support to individuals seeking guidance on personal or professional matters within the framework of Islamic teachings

- Collaborate with HR for the resolution of workplace issues with an Islamic perspective

- Community Engagement:Participate in community outreach and engagement activities to strengthen the organization's relationship with the Muslim community

- Facilitate initiatives that contribute positively to the broader community

- Islamic Event Coordination:Coordinate and organize Islamic events, including lectures, seminars, and celebrations

- Ensure that events adhere to Islamic guidelines and principles

- Research:Stay informed about contemporary Islamic issues and developments

- Conduct research on topics relevant to Islamic affairs to contribute to organizational knowledge
