Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage server infrastructure by installing, configuring, and maintaining servers; ensuring high availability through backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.

- Provide technical support for network administration, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.

- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on Windows-based systems; perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management and antivirus updates.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues; communicate effectively with stakeholders about system status updates.

- Ensure compliance with security best practices by implementing firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), encryption technologies.
