; 1. Patent Searching, Review and Analysis:
- ;Conduct patentability, novelty and FTO (Freedom to Operate) searches related to agricultural formulations and technical actives.
- ;Strong fundamental knowledge of FTO protocols.
; 2. Patent Filing and Prosecution:
- ;Coordinate and manage patent drafting and filing activities across India and foreign territories.
- ;Handle end-to-end drafting and filing of Provisional and Complete specifications.
- ;Strong expertise in handling complex patent databases like Orbit and SciFinder.
- ;Excellent analytical and scientific technical writing skills.
; 4. IP Reporting, Litigation and Strategy:
- ;Prepare IP summary reports and strategic IP documents.
- ;Provide background support for patent oppositions and litigations.
- ;Address day-to-day IP related queries for vendors, suppliers, and internal/external customers.
