1. IP Portfolio Management

- Maintain and update IP databases and docketing systems for patents, trademarks, and designs.

- Monitor key deadlines (filings, renewals, annuities, oppositions, etc.) and ensure timely actions.

- Coordinate filing, prosecution, and maintenance of IP applications globally.

2. Documentation and Filing

- Prepare, review, and file IP-related documents, including applications, assignments, and renewals.

- Ensure proper record-keeping of correspondence with patent/trademark offices and external agents.

- Verify and manage documentation for IP ownership transfers or licensing agreements.

3. Coordination and Communication

- Liaise with inventors, R&D; teams,



and business units to collect invention disclosures and track progress.

- Coordinate with external law firms and IP agents for filings, renewals, and legal actions.

- Support IP attorneys in managing prosecution timelines and client communications.

4. Compliance and Reporting

- Ensure compliance with global IP laws and office requirements.

- Prepare regular reports on IP portfolio status, deadlines, and cost tracking.

- Assist in audits, due diligence, and internal compliance reviews.
