Key Responsibilities

- Investor Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.

Handle investor queries related to mutual fund schemes, investments, transactions, and account-related services.

Ensure timely resolution of investor concerns and escalations.

Maintain high standards of investor satisfaction and service quality.

- Investor Communication and Servicing

Coordinate investor communications, including scheme updates, factsheets, portfolio disclosures, and other relevant information.

Assist investors with onboarding, KYC documentation, account updates, and transaction-related queries.

Coordinate with the RTA and internal operations teams to resolve investor service requests.

Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding investor requests, complaints, and service issues.

- Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with sales and distribution teams to address investor and distributor requirements.

Coordinate with fund managers, research, operations, compliance, and other internal teams to provide accurate information.

Support investor meetings, presentations, review discussions, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

- Investor Education and Engagement

Support investor awareness initiatives, financial literacy programs,



and investor engagement activities.

Help communicate mutual fund products, investment objectives, scheme features, and associated risks in a clear and responsible manner.

Assist in organizing investor meets, webinars, presentations, and other engagement activities.

- Reporting and Compliance

Maintain investor interaction records, service request trackers, and periodic MIS reports.

Monitor pending investor queries and ensure timely closure within applicable timelines.

Support the handling and escalation of investor complaints in accordance with internal policies and applicable SEBI requirements.

Ensure that investor communications are accurate, appropriately approved, and aligned with applicable regulatory and compliance guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Relevant NISM certification, where applicable to the assigned responsibilities.

Good understanding of mutual funds, investment products, and the Indian financial services industry.

Robust communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
