Roles & Responsibilities:

- Connect with leads through outbound calls and explain mutual fund investment options.
- Understand customers’ financial goals and risk appetite.
- Build customer relationships and convert leads into investors.
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Languages Required : English, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi.
- NISM certification is Mandatory.
- 1–3 years in inside sales, telesales, or relationship management - ideally in mutual funds, insurance, banking, or any financial services.

Compensation:

● Competitive fixed salary upto 5 LPA based on experience.

● Uncapped incentives - your compensation can even double if you do well.
