Job Title: Inventory & Stock Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Stock Executive to manage and maintain accurate stock levels, ensure proper storage, and support smooth material flow within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking inventory, minimizing losses, and coordinating with procurement and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and transactions
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
- Manage inward and outward material entries in the system
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams
- Identify discrepancies and ensure proper documentation




- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any stream
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Good knowledge of MS Excel

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience
