Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage stock, inventory records, material movement, and store operations in the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Manage inward and outward movement of materials.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Conduct physical stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain proper storage and identification of materials.
- Prepare stock reports and inventory summaries.
- Identify damaged,



missing, or slow-moving materials.
- Ensure proper documentation of stock transactions.

Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory, stores, or warehouse management.
- Experience in building materials, hardware, steel, or construction supplies preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Positive coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
