Mission: Procurement & Vendor Onboarding Specialist The Procurement & Vendor Onboarding Specialist at TRIOS will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors for sustainable office interior materials. This role ensures that TRIOS sources high-quality, eco-friendly materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships. The specialist will drive cost efficiency, sustainability compliance, and supply chain reliability. Outcomes (Key Objectives & Metrics for Success) 1. Vendor Identification & Onboarding (Month 1-3)

Identify and onboard at least 5-7 recent vendors for sustainable office interior materials such as modular furniture, MEP, HVAC, lighting, and Green Pro-certified products.

Ensure 100% of new vendors comply with TRIOS sustainability and quality standards.

Establish clear contracts and agreements with all new vendors, covering pricing, lead times, and sustainability commitments.

2. Cost Optimization & Supply Chain Efficiency (Month 2-6)

Negotiate 5-10% cost savings on key sustainable materials without compromising quality.

Ensure at least 90% on-time delivery rate from onboarded vendors to avoid project delays.

Reduce procurement lead time by 15-20% by optimizing supplier selection and order processes.

3. Sustainability & Compliance (Ongoing)

Ensure 100% of sourced materials align with sustainability certifications (e.g., GreenPro, IGBC, LEED).

Implement a vendor audit system ,



evaluating at least 3 major suppliers per quarter on sustainability and compliance.

Work with internal teams to ensure all sustainable material choices align with project specifications and client expectations.

4. Relationship Management & Market Intelligence (Ongoing)

Maintain strong relationships with at least 10 key vendors to ensure priority access and better pricing.

Conduct quarterly market research to track new sustainable materials, vendors, and cost trends.

Collaborate with the design & build team to suggest creative, eco-friendly alternatives for projects.
