Title: International Voice Process

: Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.

- Communicate with customers in English and provide accurate information and assistance.

- Understand customer queries, identify concerns, and provide appropriate resolutions.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.

- Follow established process guidelines, quality standards, and communication protocols.

- Meet assigned performance targets and productivity expectations.

- Demonstrate solid listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

- Work in UK shifts and rotational shifts as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of experience in an international voice process.

- Good English communication and conversational skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to work in UK shifts and rotational shifts.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
