Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls from international clients.
- Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and service-related issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, effective solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during every interaction.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Preferred candidate profile





- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Willingness to work on rotational weekly offs.
- Freshers are welcome; international BPO experience is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
