Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for international markets, including the US, UK, and Europe.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean searches.

Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the hiring process.

Support salary negotiations, offer management, and onboarding.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1+ year of experience in international recruitment.

Good understanding of international visa types, work permits, and employment authorization.

Knowledge of US visa categories such as H-1B, H-1B Transfer, GC, EAD, OPT, and CPT.

Understanding of UK and European work visa requirements.

Familiarity with US hiring models such as W2, C2C, and 1099.

Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques.

Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
