About PayMy Travel

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic International Tour Operator who can independently handle international travel packages, manage supplier coordination, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, plan, and customize international tour packages according to client requirements.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, costing, and travel proposals.
- Coordinate with overseas DMCs, hotels, transport providers, and other international suppliers.
- Handle FIT, group tours, honeymoon packages, family holidays, and customized international holidays.
- Manage hotel bookings, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and other land arrangements.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive rates and maximize profitability.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
- Coordinate visa requirements and travel documentation in collaboration with the relevant team.
- Ensure smooth coordination from booking confirmation to trip completion.




- Maintain supplier relationships and stay updated on international destinations, travel trends, and package offerings.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in international tour operations.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, itineraries, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
- Experience in international package costing, quotation preparation, and supplier negotiations.
- Good communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and travel-related systems.
- A customer-focused attitude with solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
