Solviant is a technology and operations company working with growing businesses in the US and Europe. For one of our US clients in the shipping industry, we run a dedicated sales team that converts customer leads into orders. Our team works on a modern setup built on Salesforce, with AI tools that support every step of the sales journey. You spend your time selling, and the technology handles the rest.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to warm leads from US customers who have already shown interest in our client's shipping services
- Understand each customer's needs, present the right offer, and convert leads into confirmed orders
- Follow up on open opportunities by phone, SMS and email
- Keep every interaction updated in the CRM
- Use AI powered call summaries, quality insights and lead prioritization to sell smarter
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions and revenue
What we're looking for
- 3 to 4 years of overall experience, with a robust track record in international sales (US process preferred)
- Very good English communication skills, spoken and written
- A proactive person with an entrepreneurial mindset who treats their pipeline like their own business
- Comfort working night shifts aligned to US hours, including weekend rotation
- Good typing speed and comfort working across multiple screens and tools
- Experience in shipping, logistics or transportation sales is a strong plus
- Salesforce or any CRM experience is a plus
