International Voice Process – US Healthcare (B1/B2 English Level)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Shift: Night / Rotational Shifts (US Time Zones)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls related to US healthcare services.
- Communicate effectively in English and provide skilled customer support.
- Resolve customer queries while maintaining quality and process standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduates (excluding BE/BTech) and undergraduates are eligible, as applicable to the B1/B2 level.
- B1 Level: Freshers or candidates with less than 1 year of experience; recent graduates from 2023 onwards.
- B2 Level: Candidates with up to 2 years of experience; graduates from 2020 onwards. Undergraduates are also eligible.




- Candidates must not be pursuing any academic courses.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Must be willing to work night/rotational shifts.
- Indore-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Indore may apply.

Salary & Benefits

B1 English Level

- CTC: ₹2,39,468 per annum
- VSA: ₹25,000
- In-Hand Salary: ₹17,500 per month

B2 English Level

- CTC: ₹2,39,468 per annum
- VSA: ₹60,532
- In-Hand Salary: ₹20,500 per month

Interview Process Candidates will undergo an interview and English communication assessment to determine their suitability for the process.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
