At UPRN, we connect German hospitals, care homes and recruitment agencies with skilled Indian healthcare professionals. We're a young team building an ethical recruitment business, and we need someone who can help us add more partners and start meaningful conversations with them.

You don't need prior sales experience. You need good German, curiosity and the willingness to make things happen.

What you'll actually do

- Find the right people. Research German hospitals, care homes and recruitment agencies that could benefit from working with UPRN. Build organised lists of potential partners and identify the right contacts.
- Start conversations in German. Write emails, reach out on LinkedIn and introduce UPRN to potential partners. Follow up professionally and keep conversations moving.
- Get on calls. Join conversations with German partners, learn how business discussions work and gradually take on more responsibility.
- Keep things organised. Track outreach, responses, follow-ups and next steps so no promising lead gets lost.
- Bring back insights. Share what you learn from German employers, their requirements and the challenges they face.
- Help build the business. We're a small team, so the role won't be limited to a fixed checklist.

- You're curious about business and willing to learn by doing.

Freshers are welcome. You don't need an MBA, a sales background or years of corporate experience. We're interested in your language skills, communication, initiative and willingness to learn.

It's a bonus if you're interested in healthcare, nursing, international recruitment or already know your way around LinkedIn.
