- CA or MBA with experience in Internal Audit, SOX, Risk Consulting, and ERP systems

- Lead and manage teams to perform process reviews, conduct meetings, and manage stakeholder expectations

Experience Required:

- Experience in Internal Audit/ Process review concepts & methodology

- Exposure in Risk Consulting across any sector

- Processes, Sub-processes, and Activities as well as their relationship

- Demonstrate strong project management abilities through effective communication and management of stakeholder expectations across all engagements.

- Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) & IFC

- IT System(s) in use/ ERP Environment

- Excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate proposals and point of view at senior management levels

- Should have positive Team Management experience

- Lead and manage teams in evaluating and performing process review of the designs.

- Lead kick-off meetings, status, and closing meetings with engagement teams. GRCAP

- Should be either CA or MBA
