We are inviting interns from Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, or related fields to join us and gain hands-on experience in research, analysis, and field support.

Position: Intern Research & Data Support

Duration: 4 - 8 weeks (flexible as per academic requirements)

Stipend: Unpaid (Experience Certificate & Letter of Recommendation will be provided)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support in data collection (quantitative and qualitative) through surveys, interviews, and fieldwork.
2. Assist in data analysis (quantitative & qualitative) to generate insights for program improvement.
3. Conduct quality checks of calls to ensure accuracy and standards.
4. Provide Excel support (basic and advanced) to different teams for reporting and data management.

Learning Outcomes:

Practical exposure to research methods and fieldwork in the social sector.

2 Experience in data analysis and application of findings for decision-making.

1. Development of technical skills (Excel, quality checks, research tools).
2. Understanding of youth development programmes and NGO operations .

Eligibility: 1.Students pursuing Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, or related programmes .
