Role Description The BDE Staffing role at Tekorix is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for staffing and team-building services, including prospecting, lead generation, and managing the sales pipeline.

Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their hiring needs, coordinating with recruitment teams to align candidate search efforts, and presenting suitable staffing solutions. The BDE Staffing professional will build and maintain long-term client relationships,



prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure high levels of customer service throughout the engagement lifecycle. The role also includes tracking market trends, contributing to sales strategies, and meeting defined revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting, with experience in end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
- Proficiency in Staffing Services, including understanding of different staffing models and team-building approaches.
- Demonstrated Sales capabilities, such as lead generation, pipeline management, and closing business deals.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and maintain long-term relationships.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including recruitment, delivery, and operations.
- Prior experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing firms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
