Forever Interio specializes in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior solutions, delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor who can efficiently manage site execution, coordinate with installation teams, and ensure projects are completed on time with the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and related interior work at residential and commercial sites.
- Coordinate with carpenters, installers, electricians, plumbers, contractors, and other site workers.
- Ensure accurate measurements, proper fitting, alignment, finishing, and installation as per approved drawings and designs.
- Read and understand technical drawings, layout plans, and installation specifications.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Inspect material quality, quantities, and site readiness before installation.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and project management teams to resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure proper finishing of modular units, shutters, hardware, accessories, and fittings.
- Handle customer coordination at the site and ensure professional communication throughout the installation process.
- Identify and resolve installation challenges, measurement discrepancies, and execution-related problems.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, material records,



and work completion updates.
- Ensure proper use of tools, workplace safety, and cleanliness at the site.
- Conduct final inspections and ensure all pending work or snag points are completed before handover.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of modular kitchen and wardrobe installation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
- Experience managing carpenters, installers, and other site workers.
- Good understanding of measurements, hardware fittings, finishing, and installation processes.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a responsible, professional attitude.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with hands-on experience in a modular kitchen or wardrobe company will be preferred.
- Must be capable of independently managing site execution from installation start to final handover.
- Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining quality standards.
- Must be able to manage site teams and coordinate effectively with clients and internal departments.
