Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Interior Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate interior fit-out project execution across multiple sites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior drawings, BOQs, site execution, contractor management, material planning, and project scheduling.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, quality workmanship, efficient coordination, and adherence to approved designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate interior fit-out project execution across multiple sites.
- Review interior drawings, BOQs, and specifications before execution.
- Plan daily site activities and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, manpower, and material requirements.
- Ensure quality workmanship, proper finishing, and adherence to design specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, clients, procurement teams, and site teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports.
- Monitor material consumption and verify contractor bills against actual work completed.




- Identify and resolve site-related issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Assist with project estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and planning.
- Maintain updated records of drawings, site changes, approvals, and execution reports.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate final inspections, snag rectification, and project handover documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in interior fit-out execution, site supervision, or project coordination.
- Good understanding of interior drawings, BOQs, materials, and finishing works.
- Strong contractor, vendor, and manpower coordination skills.
- Knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and quality management.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and meet project deadlines.
- Positive communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
