Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for hospitality, commercial, and residential projects, in line with client requirements and industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, preparing layouts, space plans, and detailed drawings, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E; to meet design and budget objectives. The role involves preparing construction documentation, supporting site coordination, and ensuring designs comply with safety, regulatory, and quality guidelines.

The Interior





Designer will also collaborate with the project management and cost consultancy teams to align design solutions with project timelines and budgets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and organize interior spaces effectively, with solid skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
- Knowledge of Architecture and ability to integrate interior concepts with overall building design.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for implementation and approvals.
- Experience in selecting and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) aligned with design intent and cost parameters.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with presentation tools.
- Strong visual, creative, and conceptual design skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and align with project management and cost-control processes.
- Prior experience in consultancy, design development, or construction environments is an advantage.
