Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Interior Designer Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist in planning and designing commercial office spaces, preparing layouts and 3D visualizations, selecting materials, and supporting the execution of interior design projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring interior designer to gain practical experience in commercial real estate and office space development.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing and planning commercial office spaces based on tenant requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare 2D floor plans, office layouts, furniture layouts, and space-planning drawings.
- Create 3D models, renders, and visual presentations of proposed office interiors.
- Assist in selecting materials, flooring, ceilings, lighting, furniture, and interior finishes.
- Develop modern, functional, and cost-effective office design concepts.
- Support the preparation of design drawings, material specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring interior work and design implementation.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors,



and project teams.
- Research modern office design trends, workspace planning, and efficient space utilization.
- Assist in preparing office spaces for leasing, including layout presentations and design proposals for prospective tenants.

Skills and Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of commercial interior design and space planning.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is preferred.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or 3ds Max is an added advantage.
- Understanding of furniture layouts, lighting, materials, and interior finishes.
- Good creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate with the team, and participate in site visits.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
