Job Summary:

The Insurance Manager is responsible for managing vehicle insurance claims, coordinating with insurance companies and surveyors, and ensuring the smooth processing of insurance cases in the service department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage vehicle insurance claims and ensure timely claim settlement.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, customers, and service advisors.
- Prepare and verify insurance claim documents and repair estimates.
- Ensure timely survey approvals and repair authorizations.
- Follow up on pending claims and outstanding payments.
- Maintain proper records of insurance claims, approvals, and settlements.
- Assist customers with insurance-related queries and claim procedures.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth vehicle repair processes.




- Monitor insurance claim performance and resolve claim-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance procedures.

Required Skills:

- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of motor insurance policies and claim procedures.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in automobile service or insurance claims is preferred.

LOCATION - JALANDHAR / HOSHIARPUR BOTH Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
