Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance QA Analyst / Test Engineer with strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance and Claims Management processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in validating end-to-end insurance workflows, including Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, Endorsements, and Renewals. The role requires strong functional testing skills, business process understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans.

- Design, execute, and maintain detailed test scenarios, test cases,



and test data for P&C; Insurance applications.

- Validate end-to-end insurance business processes, including:

- Policy Issuance

- Underwriting

- Policy Endorsements

- Policy Renewals

- Claims Intake and Claims Processing

- Billing and Payments

- Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support activities.

Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
