HIRING INSURANCE EXECUTIVES For Our THRIPUNITHURA HEAD OFFICE OF PURVAJA FINCAP.

Job Details :-

- Promote and sell insurance products such as life, health, motor, and other insurance policies.
- Identify potential customers and generate current business leads.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms to customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and policy-related queries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Conduct customer visits, follow-up calls, and meetings.
- Maintain daily activity reports, sales records, and customer databases.
- Submit daily work reports (DWR)



to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales, marketing, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Ability to build customer relationships and close sales.
