1. JOB PURPOSE

To strengthen business relationships, drive productivity, and enhance the BALIC product footprint across assigned regions by engaging, training, and enabling Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs), Team Leaders, and Regional Unit Heads. The role ensures sales conversions, process excellence, persistency improvement, and overall business growth.
1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
2. Relationship Management of VRM’s, TL’s (team leaders) & RUH (Regional Unit Head)
3. Ensure visibility of self and team on the floor and enhance BALIC presence leading to better mindshare and market share
4. Understand product offerings and present the USP’s and product benefits to VRM’s for lead generation
5. Train internal team and VRM’s on BALIC products & processes
6. Manage lead conversions, smooth execution and issuance
7. Track the sales quality and ensure persistency is of a higher order
8. Own the targets for self and team, monitor sales efficiency, build the market share and maintain sales quality





3.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications - (Min qualification, experience, and skills required for the role and not of the incumbent)

Qualifications a) Graduate/post-graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

Work Experience a) Solid relationship and stakeholder management b) Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills c) Product and process knowledge (Life Insurance preferred)

d) Coaching, training, and team development ability e) Analytical thinking with strong follow-through f) Sales planning, funnel management, and execution discipline

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
