Job DescriptionWe are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable life insurance and long-term savings solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with prospective clients to generate business opportunities.
- Understand customers' financial goals and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, coverage, and applicable terms.
- Assist customers throughout the application, documentation, underwriting, and policy issuance process.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and provide support for renewals, policy queries, and claims-related services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while following applicable regulatory guidelines.




- Maintain accurate customer records and use digital tools for daily activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance, finance, and financial planning.
- Customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to work towards sales targets.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and build a professional network.
- Basic computer and digital tool proficiency.
- Minimum high school qualification; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Relevant experience in insurance, banking, sales, or financial services is an advantage.
