We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused executives to join our team, specializing in commercial trucking in the United States. The candidate will be responsible for advising trucking businesses and owner-operators on required coverage, following up on quotations, and assisting clients throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective clients, trucking companies, and owner-operators.
- Explain commercial trucking insurance products, coverage options, limits, deductibles, and policy requirements.
- Handle inquiries related to Motor Truck Cargo, Commercial Auto Liability, Physical Damage, General Liability, and other relevant coverages.
- Collect client information, including DOT/MC numbers, vehicle details, driver information, operating radius, commodities hauled, and loss history.
- Follow up on pending quotes, renewals, policy changes, and outstanding documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to improve retention and generate referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations and follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent spoken English and professional telephone communication skills.




- Experience in insurance customer service preferred.
- Basic understanding of US commercial auto or trucking insurance is an advantage.
- Ability to negotiate, handle objections.
- Good follow-up, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software, email, and Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to work during US business hours.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience working with US trucking Insurance agencies will be preferred.
- Knowledge of owner-operators, fleets, DOT/MC numbers, and trucking insurance coverages is desirable.
- Candidates with excellent English communication may also apply if they are willing to learn the industry.
