Role & responsibilities

- Understand customer applications, technical requirements, and operational challenges.

- Recommend suitable industrial instrumentation and environmental monitoring solutions.

- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution-based offers.

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to customers.

- Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams to resolve customer queries.

- Follow up on leads, develop new opportunities, and support order conversion.

- Visit customer sites for application assessments, meetings, and technical support.

- Assist in system commissioning, installation coordination, and basic troubleshooting.

- Maintain sales reports, customer records, and regular activity updates.

Preferred candidate profile

- Prior experience in technical sales, sales engineering, application engineering, or technical support is preferred.

- Knowledge of ISO-Kinetic sampling in STACK is highly appreciated.

- Experience with industrial instrumentation, process measurement, automation, or environmental monitoring solutions will be an added advantage.

- Solid technical sales, negotiation,



and business development skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to understand customer needs and convert them into technical solutions.

- Good knowledge of technical specifications, drawings, standards, and product documentation.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical approach.

- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build long-term relationships.

- Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, process control, or environmental monitoring will be preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal teams.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

- Freshers with strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Job Profile :

- Carry out installation, erection, commissioning, and servicing of various instruments and systems.

- To procure and manage vendor
- To understand the client requirements; provide status reports and participate in client review meetings.
