WE ARE HIRING – INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN

Location: Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh

Salary: Up to ₹25–27 LPA CTC

Experience: 4–5 Years

Qualification: ITI in Instrumentation / Relevant Trade

Industry Experience Required:

- Distillery Plant
- Power Plant

Key Responsibilities & Technical Experience:

- Experience in installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of field instruments.
- Hands-on knowledge of pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
- Experience in control valves, pneumatic actuators, positioners, and I/P converters.
- Experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation equipment.
- Troubleshooting of instrument loops, sensors, switches, and control systems.
- Knowledge of instrument air systems and pneumatic control circuits.
- Experience in loop checking, instrument testing, and commissioning activities.
- Understanding of P&ID; diagrams, instrument datasheets,



and wiring diagrams.
- Exposure to plant shutdown maintenance and process instrumentation in distillery and power plant operations.
- Ability to identify faults and ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted plant operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 4–5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- ITI-qualified candidates with experience in distillery and power plant operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of industrial instrumentation maintenance.
